Saturday12/6 I stopped in looking for a specific style necklace for my daughter. I was greeted quickly and received the best service from Katie Mae. She listened, made wonderful suggestions and showed she understood what I was looking for. The selection was fantastic and I also found charms for my other daughter that I had given up looking for. While my purchase was smaller and I didn’t spend a lot, the service was just as fantastic as if I was spending thousands, right down to my ring cleaning and gift wrapping. I am very happy we unexpectedly stopped in. Thank you for the great service.

I have one word. WOW! I am so happy to have found our new forever jeweler. My husband called M Lemp Jewelers, worked with Katie bought me a Roberto Coin ring, for Christmas and got a great price. I called to thank Katie, and by chance, the owner Mr. Leap answered the phone. What a nice person! I introduced myself, and thanked Mr. Leap for excellent service, and having a nice selection available online. We had a nice 10 minute conversation about jewelry, and the history of M Leap. I also really appreciate that Lemp jewelers has the jewelry physically available that is posted online. We have ordered jewelry online from other jewlers in the past, only to get a call or an email later telling us that they do not have the piece on stock. Mr. Leap assured me that their selection online updates every 2 hours, and everything you see, is physically available in the store. It is so rare to find honest, reliable, nice customer service, and M Leap jewelers is top notch. With just the 2 interactions we have had with M Leap today, we will now buy all jewelry from M Leap. Phenomenal experience with excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of working with George throughout my experience and he was amazing. Always kept me informed on the process of my ring and the times when it was being worked on. Helped a lot with finding the perfect wedding bands for my fiancé and I too. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at M Lemp and highly recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience 10/10. Father bought his engagement diamond here from don ~40 years ago, and I just bought mine ~ a month ago. The process was smooth, quick, and transparent. The CAD design process was superb, very quick turn around on the setting. Also took the time to take a look at my grandmothers diamonds under the microscope, showed me all the flaws etc and graded for potential use in the future. Highly recommend, please stop in. Very friendly, ready to walk you through all the front/backend variables on choices etc.

Very very pleased with my experience. Shopping for that perfect engagement ring can feel intimidating. From the moment I walked in the door all the intimidation was taken off my mind. I ended up really enjoying the process; Don found the perfect diamond and helped me pick out the exact setting my (now) fiancé was hoping for. I only learned after the fact that my parents had actually bought their wedding bands from M Lemp almost 30 years prior — this just sweetened the deal for me. 5 stars for Don and the team.
